Simsbury Basement Converted to a Beautiful Apartment

I converted this basement to a beautiful apartment in a style that blends with the existing house. There are many reasons to create an extra livng space on your property. As well as a place for aging parents, grown children,  care-givers and guests, an extra apartment will add value to your house.

Does Your Decore Need a Little Updating?

Sometimes all you need is a little updating to make your home a place where you want to relax and entertain.

Both of these fireplaces dated to the 70’s and made the rooms look old as well. I designed and constructed the mantles and surround, and installed the TV. The family room was dark with fake beams and barnboard. We added windows and updated trim to give it a bright and classic style.

New Trim and Doors Transforms This Old Garage

We built the arbor and trim and framed the door openings lower to accomodate that.

Although had to tear out and repour the floor, we were able to use the thre existing concrete block walls.
